Below are answers to the questions we are most often asked about our products and services:

 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders (within South Africa) of R450 and above and international orders (outside of South Africa) of R750 and above.

 

Do you sell jewellery for men?

Many of our products e.g. our rings, necklaces and bracelets are made for people of all genders. We also sell cravats by our partner brand Ethnique-Afrika which may be more suited to the masculine aesthetic.

 

  • How do I determine my ring size?

Our rings are one-size-fits-all as they are adjustable.

 

  • How do I put in an order for custom jewellery?

You can download our custom order form, fill it out and email it to urbanafroconcept@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can call / WhatsApp us on +27725031427 or get in touch via our social media pages to make an order.

 

  • How long does it take to process an order?

For domestic orders, shipping time is 1-3 working days from the date when you purchased your goods. For international orders, shipping time is 3 to 4 working days from the date of purchase.

 

  • When will my custom order be ready?

Between 2 days to a week, depending on our volume of orders and the size of your order.

 

  • Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you don’t. We simply use your email address and other information you provide for shipping and invoicing purposes.

 

  • How can I pay?

We have four main payment options - PayFast, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer); E-Wallet (select 'EFT' option for payment for further instructions) and PayPal. Payments can also be made through Shopstar Pay.

 

  • Can I make an offline purchase?

You can make a purchase offline or pay cash-on-delivery by getting in touch with us via phone, including whatsapp, (+27725031427) or email

 

  • How do I get my order?

We use four main delivery options for domestic orders below ZAR 450: South African Post Office, Aramex, PostNet2PostNet and PAXI.

We use the following three delivery options for international orders below ZAR 750: South African Post Office Air Mail, DHL Express and Dawn Wing International Express.

 

  • Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you are in East London, you can liaise with us as to a convenient location where your item can be picked up or dropped off.

  • Do you make clothing?

No, we don’t but our partner, Ethnique-Afrika, is an innovative designer and manufacturer of impeccably tailored, high-end African-inspired clothing, footwear and accessories. We regularly work together to create unique, custom outfits plus accessories for our clients. We also sell a limited number of Ethnique-Afrika merchandise through our store.
