We offer three payment options: PayFast, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and PayPal. 


  • Buyers are responsible for paying shipping costs. They are non-refundable.
  • We require a physical address (no P.O. boxes, please!). Please also ensure that you provide us with the correct details. We cannot be held liable for items that have been lost in transit due to a customer providing us with an inaccurate or incorrect address.
  • You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your province/state/district or country. They are also sometimes dependent upon the courier and is out of our control.
  • If you require your goods by a specific date and are concerned about delivery time, please get in touch with us before or soon after you have placed your order. Please also get in touch if you require express delivery before you place an order so we can chat about shipping options. 

Shipping time: 1-2 working days from date of purchase.

Delivery time: 1-7 working days from shipping date. 

We offer free delivery within East London. If you'd like to collect the item yourself select ‘collection’ under shipping options at checkout and we'll liaise with you to as to a convenient location where the item can be collected.

We also offer free shipping for domestic orders over R250.


Shipping time: 2-3 working days from date of purchase.

Delivery time: 10 - 20 working days from the date of shipping.

We offer free shipping for international orders over R450. 


International buyers may encounter customs and import duties, taxes, tariffs, receiving fees, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements, depending on your state/country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she adheres to local customs laws and policies. We will not be held liable for any extra charges so please ensure you are fully aware of any such local requirements BEFORE placing an order.



We require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) when you place an order for custom-made accessories for us to get started on your order. The balance and shipping costs are due before the item is shipped to you.  If you have placed an order for custom-made accessories but would like to cancel, you must do so within 3 days of placing your order. Any cancellations made after this time are not possible.



We strive to ensure that our accessories are made to a high standard. We stand by the quality of our products but in the (very) unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. If you wish to return the item please get back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible but please do assist us in doing so by getting in touch quickly. We do not accept returns after this 7 day period.

We do not offer cash refunds but we can offer store credit (to the value of your purchase excluding shipping costs), an exchange for a similar item of the same value or make changes to your item.


  • Any returned item must be sent back to us in its original packaging unused, unworn and undamaged. 
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the goods in question. Please use registered mail so that the item can be tracked as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
  • Buyers cannot return the following:
    • Special order items
    • Sale items
    • Earrings and hair accessories
    • Custom-made jewellery


Elasticated bracelets 

You can use a measuring tape to a measure your wrist circumference. If you don't have a tape measure, wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark it and measure the length with a normal ruler.
